Order

You can place an order by filling in the required details on the checkout page and clicking the Place Order button. Orders can also be placed via WhatsApp or phone call at 0332 7951714.

All products shown on our website are not offers to sell. Your order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. We are not obligated to sell any item listed at an incorrect price.

Acceptance of Order

You will receive confirmation via WhatsApp or call once your order is accepted. Only then will a binding agreement be in place. If there are any changes in price or delivery charges, you will be informed before dispatch.

Delivery

We aim to deliver within 5 working days after order confirmation. In case of delays due to unforeseen events, we will notify you via WhatsApp or phone.

Payment

All orders are processed on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. There are no hidden charges—you only pay the final confirmed price.

Warranties

If a product is found faulty or below quality standards, we encourage you to return it. We will cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
