At Zaavias, we prioritize your satisfaction. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, we offer easy return and exchange options under the following guidelines:


 Eligibility Criteria

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • Fashion items can be tried on for fitting but must not show signs of use

  • Returns must be requested within 15 working days of receiving your order

  • Products returned in damaged or unacceptable condition will not be eligible for return/exchange


How to Return or Exchange

  1. Repack the Product

    • Place the item securely in its original packaging

    • Include a copy of the invoice

    • Mention the reason for return clearly

  2. Ship to Us

    • Use any traceable courier service

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

    • Label the parcel as "Return Item" to avoid delays

 Note: Delivery charges are non-refundable


 Refunds

  • Refund requests are processed within 10 working days after receiving the returned product

  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method or as per mutual agreement


Non-Returnable Items

  • Baby care and feeding items are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene concerns
